Happy New Year!!!

Happy new year and I hope you had a great christmas!! My family had a great christmas. We had my family come and play games and it was lots of fun. I think I forgot to mention that the cruise was our christmas present this year. My brother Jade and I got a stocking though. We also did a family gift exchange. It was really fun!! Anyways I hope you have an awesome new year!!!!

Stinky day

Today I'm sick. I had to stay home from school today. Tomorrow is the Christmas concert so I hope I get better for that!I have to accompany the choir and play a special part for the band!

Okay, I will say it. I am terrible at blogging. If you haven't notices, the last time I posted was the 15th of Novenmber! An entire month, goodness! Anyways, lots has happened. Tehya and I had our VERY first sleepover while her parents and brother were in Star Valley. That was stinkin' fun!! Then, I started playing cello!!!! But it didn't last long because it was becoming a distraction to violin so I gave it back. But I still love it :)  Sorry about the pics with the cello, I don't have a fancy schmancy camera yet :) So, yup here are some pictures <3

My Birthday

My birthday was on monday! I got theses really cute magnets that you stick onto a bracelet or necklace! They are SOOOO cute!!! My mom got them from Deseret book!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

WOW! Thanksgiving is a lot of work! Whew! I've been helping my mom all day. We are having all my siblings over for dinner. My voice has been going away for a couple days. Until yesterday Sara and I were screaming and yelling on the four wheeler.. and now it's completely gone! Bummer, huh? I am going to be playing in sacrament meeting this Sunday! I am super nervous! I got 100 on festival!!!!!! YEAH!!! WOW! It has been a busy and fun week! Happy Thanksgiving!

Sorry!!

WOW!! It has been a long time. Sorry!! Like Sara said, we had a dance yesterday. It was really fun. I slow-danced with like seven guys! It was pretty flippin' awesome!:) Then we decided that some freshmen are going to crash the next dance at the Junior High! That should be interesting.... considering the guys that are doing it. Sara's post will probably be like two times the size of mine! Thats O.K. though at least I try to keep up with her!;)

Sick day...

You know those days where you can kind of tell that you're getting sick, but you don't do anything to help it, and then the next day, you wake up feeling so miserable that you just don't want to do anything? Today was one of those days, you know, the second day. I woke up and read scriptures and went right back to bed and didn't go to school. After lots of glasses of orange juice, a bowl of soup, and a few movies, I felt a little bit better. So I get to go to school tomorrow and go to the school's first dance!!! I am sooooooooooooo excited!! The theme is Tropical Paradance :) Tehya and I will let you know how it went!! Hope I feel better <3 ya!!!

My Birthday!!!!

So my birthday was on the 17th and it was soooooooooooooo fun!!!!!!!! I went to school and Tehya had got there early and decorated my entire locker!! It was so cute!!! Then my cute mom and dad sent me a bouquet that had 9 packs of gum and a whole load of kisses!!!! It was awesome!!! Then in Choir, thanks to my friend Kreed (Thanks dude :) they sang to me and it was awesome!!! And in Orchestra, my friend Addison had the class sing to me!! It was soooo sweet. My friend Jake's present to me was saying Happy Birthday to me ALL DAY LONG!!! It was annoying, but I grateful for friends who do that for me! Then, because it was a Wednesday, (one day I will post about Wednesday, ahhhhh!!! :/ But I went to violin and piano and when I came home, to my surprise, My friend Samantha came to my house and completely decorated my room. The picture doesn't do it justice how incredible it was!! I loved it!! Then we had my birthday party and my sweet grandpa got out of the temple just to come and spend my birthday with me!! My grandparents gave me a gift card to Maurices and my parents gave me a REALLY cute dress and TURQUOISE jeans!!! Two pairs of jeans now! Score!!! It was a really awesome birthday!!Thanks to everyone who made it awesome!!! Love ya!!

Wow, I haven't posted for like EVER!!!!! So sorry!!!! Anyways, Tehya came home(yay!!!) and we have been hangin out a lot!!! Oh and yeah ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! Turning 14 and I am sooooooooooooooo excited for all the new adventures I will have being 14 and I think my mom is hoping that she will have a mutaure but fun 14!!! We're back!!!!

WOW!!! That was SO fun. I don't think can tell you everything we did on the cruise. The excursions were: Haiti, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel Mexico. It was SO fun and it was gorgeous!!

So my summer was pretty busy with our annual family trip, reunions, friends, more reunions, and stuff like oh I don't know REUNIONS!!!!! ( Can you tell I had a lot of reunions? :) Enjoy!!!! BTW, picture overload!!

We stayed at West Piney and got to sleep in the lodge one of the nights and it was a lot of fun... partly because we didn't go to bed until 3!!!! Please ignore the girl on the left, she had been hiking all day and only a few can get away with looking good like the girl on the right...like I said, it was about 2 when we took this picture. I was kinda tired!!

Yes, and even though it is only one pair, I still got them. They are red and we had to shrink them so they could fit me. (Sad, huh?) I know that some who are reading this are saying, "What is the big deal? They are just skinny jeans." My story is that I wanted a pair for school, didn't have enough money, and went shopping the other day and found some for $7 dollars!!! These are the pair I got!!!

Man Alive I miss her!!!!

Yes this is me being a miserable bum and complaining about how much I miss my best friend.(If you don't know who I am talking about, it's Tehya...) And yes I know that she is probably having experiences that will change her life and give her memories forever, and I am grateful that she has the opportunity to have this trip but I miss her so so so so so so so much!!!!! She is my best friend and I love her to the ends of the earth... I even have a countdown until she comes home, just to show that I need her!!!! Oh well, just have to keep busy until then!

Cross Country Part 2

A little bit more on the cross country.... Let me tell ya, I have so many great relationships with people I didn't even know existed :) Six of the best friends from X-C are Shay-Shay, who is the coolest chick named Shaylee. Ash, who is super awesome and always has a good light about her!! Lindsey Loohoo, who is a sixth grader, but I love her sooooooooooo much!!! She calls me Sara Baby, it started at one of our meets and I love it. Megan, who I call Megie and she is the cutest little thing ever! Hannah, who even though she had a calf injury, she wanted to run soooooooooooo bad!! I love that she tried so hard. Hannah 2 who is ALSO injured on her foot. I love these girls, and I am so grateful that they push me to do my best every week. Love you girls!!!! by the way, don't have pics of Shay, Ash, or either of our Hannahs, I'll get some!!!

We have spud harvest in a week!!!! It came so fast!!!!!! My family and I are goin on a cruise!!!! I am soooo excited!!!! Some exursions are Haiti and Jamaica. We are going to swim with and feed sting rays!!! I had a dream that we went on the cruise and and it was a little boat and there was really Nothing to do. I know it won't be like that though. I will post tons of pics for you.;)

Yeah!!..... Ewwwwww!!!

YEAH WE WON!!!!!!!! Our team did AWESOME at homecoming!!!! I went to the game last night with one of my cousins that goes to Madison. We had tons of fun. I cheered, yelled, and screamed until I didn't have a voice. We played Marsh Valley and we won! Then today I woke up to my mom saying Tehya it's time to get up and butcher chickens. We butchered exactly 100 chickens!!!!!! It took forever.We did like 60 today and 40 yesterday. It's quite the job. It goes faster with lots of people though. WOW!! What a weekend!!:)

Cross-Country

Soooooooo... Yes, it's true. I am on the cross country team at my school. And let me tell you, if you have ever thought about it, DO IT!!!!! I have had experiences that have absolutely changed my thinking about running. A year ago, when I started running track with Tehya, I wasn't very good. Ok, I guess I didn't try very hard to get it, but I thought " At least I am trying."I ran the 100m dash, 400m run (that was towards the end), and 100m relay with my friends. So during the summer, my mom took me and my siblings to the track at least twice a week. I would run my 100 and my 400 and I would work until I cried.( Seriously, I cried couple of times :) But it was totally worth because one day, I was running and I saw the high school's X-country team finishing their practice. I finished running and I see the head coach walking over. He got over to us and said to me and my brother " You want to do cross country?" Of course J.T. did because he had been talking about it before and had worked really hard over the summer for it. I was more...shrug. Didn't know how much I wanted to do it. But we gave him our names and phone number and couple days later we got a call from my friend's dad and my track coach asking us if we were still planning on doing cross country. So that settled it. I had to do it, and I wanted to cry the minute it happened, but it happened. My first meet was at West J and it was 83 degrees outside and it was dusty and sandy. ( Can you tell I was kind of mad and really, REALLY scared?) I told my mom that I didn't want to do it and she just kept saying that I could do it. ( I am so glad I have a mom like her to tell me that I can do it even when I want to die!) So I almost cried when I started. The gun goes off and I go. Thinking in my head "I am going to die!" Of course because I am a baby, I walked. Such a baby! But I came in strong and felt sick to my stomach. People kept telling me good job, and I just nodded. I drank soooooooo much water!!! But I was so proud that I finished something that a year before, I laughed at doing. Then every week after that I got stronger. Then 1 week ago, I ran in I.F. at the annual Tiger-Grizz run. My goal that day was to not walk at all. I ran with another girl from my team and she and I didn't walk at all. I was so happy with myself. It was nice to have my family, Tehya, and my other friends there at the end cheering or me. Yesterday I ran at Rigby Lake and didn't walk there either. It was so worth it after that because we got to swim afterwards. It was awesome!!!! One more meet and I will be finished. So I get some pics at my next meet and get the pics from my mom! Love ya!

It's spirit week!!!

We have been having lots of fun this week at school. Tuesday was sports day.Wednesday was crazy hair day and tommorow is hat day. Friday is the parade and blue and white day!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!GO TEAM!!!!!!

Wow!! It has been awhile. School is goin great....for me at least. I don't know about Sara but I'm sure she is is doin great too.We have been havin lots of fun....from goin to games to goin to each others houses like every day!!jk!

Happy Labor Day!!!

Wow! It feels like it has 3 months of school and it has only been 3 days!!! The summer went by way to fast!:( But that's ok because I like being back in school I guess.

Uh oh!! It's tommorrow!!!:)

 Sara and I went to Rigby lake today and we were pretty much counting down the hours until school!!!! I have had an awesome summer except for one little... okay big part. I had to get 10... no joke...10 teeth...baby teeth...pulled so I can get braces in 6 months!!!!!!:{ It kinda stunk just a little bit...... okay maybe A TON!!!!!!! But other than I had a great summer.

Haha like sara said we are pretty excited for school! Just reading sara's last post I don't think I am as excited for it than her.:) I'm just wondering if I'm gonna like my classes or not. I guess I'm excited to see all the sevies. Yeah!!!!!!

Someone pinch me.. Uh, I mean us!!

There is no way that this is even possible...Tehya and I start school in two days!!! We have been practically waiting all summer for this!! I am not even exaggerating. Constantly, " I can't wait for school to start." " Who do you think will be in my class?" I kid you not :) But, MAN ALIVE I am going to die of excitement!!!  I will take some pictures of clothes so you can see one reason why I will die!! JK :) This year will be a bit different this year because we will be eighth graders which is top notch at our school. Last year we were "sevies" ( that is what seventh graders are called... basically a universal term. If you weren't called that, more power to you :) and now we get to be the ones to say "sevies"... I mean we would never do that :) Wish us as much luck as we can get. It's Jr. High! See ya later!!!

I guess I'll start off with my family.I am the youngest of 5 kids. I have 1 sister and 3 brothers.Three of them are married;Kaylee Brody and Corey. So Jade and I are home with my parents. I have 3 nephews and 1 neice. My favorite thing to do is play piano.I think most of you out there know that!:) Anyways, theres a just a little bout me and I hope you like our blog.

Hey this is Sara. Let me tell you a bit about myself...

• I am the oldest of three kids. My siblings are J.T. (11) who is just about the best brother that you could ever ask for, and Cambelle (8) who is the sweetest and, at times, the oddest little sister ever.

• I am in love, excuse me, have a freak obsession, with music. I have been playing the piano since the second grade and have loved? every second of it. Except for all the hard parts :)  I just started the violin this past year and have been singing not so long. But even if I can't carry a tune, I still love it.

• I am going into the eighth grade at the Jr. High along with Tehya. It is going to be different this year because there will be no older kids that I am really good friends with. ( More on that Later) But it will be good!
